Terms

The service

Orbit Studio helps you make short videos from your own music. You keep all rights to your songs, lyrics and the videos you make. You must have the rights to the music you add.

Trial and licence

New studios get a 14-day trial with every feature, without a card. After the trial, creating and exporting videos requires a lifetime licence: a single payment (currently €149, excluding VAT) that covers up to 3 artist studios and 5 team members, including future updates. Payments, invoices, taxes and refunds are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, under Paddle’s buyer terms.

Pictures and AI

Pictures found by Studio come from free sources (Unsplash, Pixabay, Pexels) under their licences. Some require credit — Studio includes the credits in the suggested post text; you are responsible for keeping them when you publish. AI features use the provider you choose (your own OpenAI key or a local model) under that provider’s terms and at your own cost.

Your files

Audio, pictures and exported videos are stored by your browser on your own computer. Keep your own backups: browsers may clear site storage, and we cannot recover files that were never uploaded.

Fair use

Don’t use Studio for content you don’t have rights to, for illegal content, or to attack the service. We may suspend studios that do. Studio is provided as is; our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
